Culture, Identity, and Society
Culture, Identity, and Society have been prevailing themes throughout the semester in English. We have been taught to look and analyze everything about them that we see. This class has opened up my eyes to a lot of things that I never realized before all of the different forms of rhetoric that were used in. Using this you could understand more about different cultures and how they work and how people relate to them. This theme was all throughout the reading and in some of the assignments it was very evident. To understand someone's identity or a society you must analyze them and put yourself in their shoes.

Final Course Reflection
Over the course of this semester this class has taught me to look at things in a totally new different light. It taught me to look at everything and examine the shape lighting wording and every little detail of it to see what forms of rhetoric it used. The class has made me do assignments that reinforced this knowledge. For my visual rhetoric essay I did Mac vs. PC. Just this assignment by itself made me learn how the three different forms of rhetoric are used and integrated into every part of society. Everything plays into it including lighting, wording, and my other things. This class also taught me how to use many different forms of research and how to integrate technology into projects and research. This class overall has been very beneficial and taught me many things about rhetoric and research.

Collaborative Challenge
1. What format will your presentation take? We are using iMovie and powerpoint. The imovie will not only allow us to use photos and put music over them but also to play videos to aid in the portraying of your point. The powerpoint will be used to make a formal argument on some point of the argument and allow the use of different color schemes and other types of visual aid in the project.
2. What materials do you plan to use in your presentation? We are using different computer programs like iTunes for music and iMovie with the movie portion. We are also using powerpoint. The use of cameras and video recorders will also be implemented in the project.
3. What might a potential outline for your presentation? The storyboard we came up with will serve as our main outline. After the introduction sports will be the topic. After sports the academics will be the main focus. Once the academics have finished the next topic will be student life. Coming off of student life will be the campus location which is somewhat relevant.
